Citizenship by Investment

A Second Passport, Without a Residency Requirement

Citizenship by investment programs grant a full second passport in exchange for a qualifying contribution or investment — typically a donation to a national development fund, or an investment in real estate, government bonds, or an approved enterprise. Most programs require no prior residency and can be completed in a matter of months. Once granted, citizenship is generally permanent and passes to future generations. Below is our full citizenship portfolio.

Argentina

Coming Soon

Argentina is developing South America’s first citizenship-by-investment program under recent government reforms, with a proposed route via donation or sovereign bond investment. As of mid-2026, the program remains in pre-launch status — implementing regulations are pending and the framework is under judicial review. We do not currently accept applications for this program and will add it to our active portfolio once it formally opens.

Choosing the Right Passport

Every citizenship by investment program differs in cost, speed, family inclusion, and — critically — the real-world travel and mobility benefits it delivers today, not just at launch. Contact Visacite for an honest comparison of your realistic options.
